Stainless Steel Drop Wire Clamp

Stainless steel drop wire clamp is charicterized by good corrosion resistant peformance and it is widely used for supporting 1-2 pair & 6 pair telephone drop wire at span clamps ,drive hooks and all kinds of drop attachments. Stainless steel drop wire clamp are made from SS201,SS304 SS316 etc. and it consists of three parts: shell ,shim and wedge equipped with SS430 bail wire and the shim are available with non-metallic and stainless steel shim.Stainless steel drop wire clamps has various advantages,such as good anti-corrosion resistance ,High strength ,durable and economic. 

1-2 pair Aluminum drop wire clamp are are stamped from 5052 H34 aluminum and tail wire are made from SS430 .Serrated and dimpled shim are provided to increase hold on drop wire.

1-2 pair stainless steel drop wire clamp are stamped from SS201 or SS304 equiped with SS430 bail wire and serrated & dimpled shim are available. 

Economic CATVE Drop wire clamp are used for securing figer 8 drop cable at span clamps ,drive hooks and various of drop attachments, formed from 5052 H34 Aluminum. 

Six pair drop wire clamp are used to support six pair telephone drop wire clamp at span clamps , drive hooks and all kinds of drop attachments ,stainless steel drop wire clamp are formed from SS304 while the bail wire are made from stainless steel 430. All 6 pair drop wire clamps have dimpled shim to prevent damaging cable jackets. 

Six pair aluminum drop wire clamp are formed from 5052 H34 aluminum with stainless steel 430 bail wire.
